BLUE SKY FILINGS

Each State requires a “Blue Sky” filing which calls for Issuers (entrepreneurs offering a PPM) to file their Form D with their State along with another form, typically a U-1 or U-2. We include these forms in your package; however we don’t provide services for these forms. These forms should be filed within 15 days after receiving investment capital from an investor in any particular State.
