One of the best ways to understand what is involved in working for HIC is to gain either an analyst internship, aimed at undergraduates and recent graduates, or an associate internship, aimed at those with an MBA and work experience.

HIC internship programs begin with between one and two weeks training, depending on the particular internship program. Following training, students spend the remainder of the program working in teams alongside our full-time employees, gaining valuable experience in financial services and building relationships within the team. During the program, interns are put through a formal review process.

HIC offers a variety of internship opportunities globally that differ in type and duration from office to office, including summer internships and longer internships throughout the year.
